Universities suffer from economic shortcuts.

It is time for universities to look within themselves, how last 20/30 years they are being growing very much in both: in the mass of researchers, and in the mass of knoweledge accumulated by universities within their human ressources, so, it is time for universities to exploit, transversaly, transdisciplinarily, all this scientific knowledge accumulated in research teams, across 20/30 years of good research times!
